This workshop offers a broad overview of fermentation, covering basic concepts, history, and techniques. Demonstrations will be given on yogurt, vegetable ferments, sourdough starter, and kombucha making. Details will also be provided for food business startups focused on fermented products, and participants will get to take home a sourdough and kombucha starter.
