County Activity Day Registration is now open! The year our County Day will be held individually in person to get ready for a virtual District Activity Day.
What is County Activity Day? CAD is our presentation competition that is open to 4-Hers age 5+. After CAD, winners and those that are ready progress on to the District level and then to the state competiton if they place gold or silver at district.
What does a presentation look like? You can do a poster or a PowerPoint / Prezi and just make it fun. We can help you with your presentation here in the office to get it just right.
Sample Cloverbud presentation (non-competitive)
The deadline to get a video submitted is May 27.
What topics can you present on? Literally anything you are interested in. Last year’s presentations covered topics ranging from Pumpkin farming in Alleghany, Kathadin Sheep, Pottery to Chemical Warfare. Ready to Register? Complete your 4-H Online profile, once approved you will be able to register under the EVENT tab – need help, contact the office and/or fill out the attached Google Form. You do not have to fill out the Google Form if you have already registered in 4-H Online.
