North Central District 4-H Fashion Revue
Who: Youth ages 5-18
Deadline for Submissions: May 28, 2024 at the Alleghany Office
It’s that time of year again to make your Fashion Revue entries! This is where you show off your sewing skills at District Activity Day which will be held at NC A&T State University on June 15!
For this competition, you can sew something you can wear or a separate sewing creation. You can sew soooooo many things whether that be a pair of pajama pants, an apron, shorts, dress, blouse with a skirt, a whole outfit, pillow, stuffed toy and more examples are below.
Small Sewing Creations
In these categories, any 4-H’er ages 5-18 in the North Central District can participate in this competition. 4-H’ers are limited to entering one entry per category. The categories are:
- Pillow
- Bags
- Stuffed toy
- Hand stitched
- Miscellaneous
All sewing projects must have been created and sewn within the last year. We will also be doing a Sew Much Fun workshop toward the end of May if you need a little more inspiration or help. All participants should fill out the google form to enter the competition: Alleghany Fashion Revue Entries 2024
